What do you think about the indigenous tribes in Malaysia and Indonesia

What do you think about the indigenous tribes in Malaysia and Indonesia?
Do you think they should live the twenty-first century way? (wearing proper clothes, eating foods that are fried or cooked, going to school and work etc) ? I found out that some of the tribes, are still practicing "Headhunting". Headhunting = decapitating of human or animal heads, and collecting them. It totally freaks me out that the government isn't doing anything to ban the barbaric practices and rituals.

All the tribes in Malaysia are taking care by the Government through JHEO (Jabatan Hal Ehwal Orang Asli). Some of the tribe already have the permanent resident and their children are learning computer in school, their youth can play modern music (equipment) very well and The RTM (Radio Television Malaysia) has organised the singing competition among them . Only in the remote area (deep in the jungle) are hunting for food but yet they are still have a permanent resident too and worked with private Tourist Agency such as Taman Negara. The supert thing the Government has elected their Represative in the Parliament as a Senator. But in Indonesia I have no idea.

don't pay too much attention to what you 'found out' about headhunting mate, it's simply a tourist gimmick nowadays. the Iban tribe in Borneo stopped headhunting more than 100 years ago, if you ever visit a longhouse you will notice the skulls on display are so old they are crumbling away. The only headhunting you will see nowadays is in the business offices in the cities..lol..

You've been misinformed, headhunting no longer exists.
