This is actually a lot larger of a question because of all the pieces involved in getting you the contact, deterning the best order ratio of order and cost, paying for the items with moving currency exchange, shipping the items and ultimately receiving the items. But to get started I would start reading up on sites such as www.alibaba.com, www.exporters.com, www ec21.com. They have more specific q & a forums and also informational articles. Hope this helps.
2 :
First of all, it will be hard to compete with the big guys you mentioned (like Ralph Lauren) because they can undercut your prices. This has nothing to do with the fact that their clothes are made in China, it is because they have the resources to mass produce their clothing, and thus sell it for less. The only way to viably compete with such a company is to undercut their labor costs, by finding a manufacturer in a country like China or Malaysia who will charge you less per pound of textiles then their manufacturer charges them. It will be hard to do this without looking into the "grey market". Certain trade laws and treaties can be bent or even ignored all together if you know (or find) the right people. Whereas a company like ralf lauren's clothes may be made by workers who make .40-$1 per hour, it is possible to find manufacturers (mostly in rural western china) employ workers who make between nothing and 10 cents per hour. The lower the wage the lower your price. I recommend going to China, it wont take you long to find someone who (for a fee) can put you in contact with one of these "grey market" manufacturers, who technically break international trade regs by paying nothing to their workers. Don't be fooled though, there are loop holes in these laws, and these workers are paid--just in food and water. The key is in making the right connections. They will channel your goods through a "white market" shipping source, and thus avoid any restrictions you may normally face. good luck!

In most asian country's they use child labor to do this type of work and they don't pay them for their work. Keep it in the US if you can. If you can start your own business and make what you can. Made in the USA is a top mark in the fashion world.
3 :
I'd suggest China (rather than Indonesia) just because they can provide better manpower and are always willing to meet your requirements (quantity & quality). For a listing of good manufacturers in China, you can check out the website below. In response to the previous Answer re: child labor, not all factories in Indonesia employ children. My family owns a garment factory and we do not employ grade school age children, and we always pay our employees' salaries.

This destroys the economy. Hire people here you cheap a§§.
2 :
Well, Indonesian's textile producer is located in Bandung (west java- 2hrs drive from jakarta) and they have a lot of fashion outlet leftover and they are building a lot of fashion outlets store selling their leftover. In the case, you want to contact them, you can start searching from this fashion outlets and it will link you to the manufacturers too. Try the yellow pages In the sense of smaller quantity, you might want to start searching from not the biggest first.
3 :
What you need is a sourcing partner. You need to contact a company that that knows all the factories related to textiles in that country and they can advise you on what different factories would charge you and the avg quality level coming from that factory. They will also help you in terms of the logistics of moving out of the country. If the company big enough / professional enough they can also advise you on the legalities and can put people in the factory you choose to make sure quality standards are maintained. A lot of factories can be dealt with directly. try www.alibaba.com to find thousands of such factories. But I gaurantee you, you are making a big mistake if you do not take professional advice. Textile trade is getting more and more regulated, and less and less profitable from China. Perhaps better to look at Vietnam. Anywa, my advice remains that you need to talk to a professional if you're serious. www.alibaba.com www.madeinchina.com www.tradeboss.com

Do you know a legitimate online TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification?
If some are and some aren't, and you have knowledge of these, please let me know what ones are a scam and what ones are going to qualify me to teach English as a second language. This is a dream of mine, I am just having a hard time determining whether or not these programs are legitimate. Also, if you are aware of any work available in: Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Phillipines, I would much appreciate the assistance. Thanks for your help.

There are some good online TEFL courses, but teaching is so much about interaction between student/teacher Im not sure if it prepares you completely to do actual teaching, maybe you should consider doing a part online/part real life course? Well here is a few good online courses: 1. I-to-I is a legitimate TEFL course provider, under IES global (the company I got my TEFL certificate from ) and it does offer online courses. 2. ICAL Online TEFL certificate. I havent tried it myself, but I have a friend who went through them. 3. TEFLonline.com 4. TESOL by distance Lancaster Uni. As a subdivision of Lancaster Univeristy, I belive it is legit. http://www.ling.lancs.ac.uk/study/masters/matesoldistance.htm 5. ATC Canada: Provides online and online/in class courses I dont know of any jobs in those countries, but you can look at http://www.craigslist.org/about/sites My friend found a job here.

There are a few scams out there but also many legitimate online schools. Make sure - whichever you choose - to do a search online to check. This site may help, it has reviews of courses taken by students. http://www.teflcoursereview.com/courses/type/online-courses/

How is Obama Elitist

How is Obama Elitist?
he grew up in one of the poorest countries, Indonesia. He worked, as a community organizer, in one of the poorest communities in Chicago. And he wants to progressively tax those that make more. Is this just a spurious charge made by republicans to scare democrats into not trusting or voting for Obama?

2 :
Hi, You're correct he isnt an elitist he's like everyman. John McCain is looking for wiggle room now to get out of the " How Many Houses Do You Own?" questions. Billy
3 :
he is an elitist because he thinks he can run YOUR life better than you can, and that you need him to be elected, so your problems will be solved by him and the gov't
4 :
Right now I am busy clinging to my guns and religion, being the typical white person that I am. But seriously, statement like that, make him seem elitist. His judgment on how others choose to live and worship,, are none of his business.
5 :
"Elitism" is a mindset... not a question of upbringing or income. And, yes, he is an elitist.
6 :
Obama mocked small town ppl to his millionaire buddies in San. Fransisco. Obama stated that ppl clung to their guns and religion because the government had failed them. Which means Obama feels that if the government did all the thinking for the average american they wouldn't need their guns and they wouldn't need God. I'd say that's pretty darn arrogant and most definitely something an elitist like Obama would say.
7 :
He's not an elitist and that notion was planted in people's mind by Republicans.
8 :
Thanks for correcting us. The fact that he wants to progressively tax those that make more does not make Obama an elitist. It makes him a socialist. Glad you've cleared that up for us. Now, if you'll please excuse us, we have some guns and religion that need clinging. ---------- We've moved on, THE PLANET. Please see above. And please understand this was planted in our minds by the man's own words.

Child arranged marriages in Indonesia, do they exist or did they exist

Child arranged marriages in Indonesia, do they exist or did they exist?
I am doing research for my final essay, the question is "Do the elements of a fictional work plausibly reflect real life experience?". I have chosen a story by Toer, which discusses a marriage between and 8 year old girl and a seventeen year old boy who has paid for the girl. Does anyone know if this does or did happen in Indonesia? Why do Asians in America cheat less

Why do Asians in America cheat less?
My father often goes away on conference trips frequently, sometimes for weeks, and neither him nor my mom has ever cheated. Also, we also know other family friends and members who do not cheat. For example, we have a Chinese-American friend who's husband frequently visits Australis to go on business trips, sometimes up to months on end. But they are still faithful and have been married for more than 30 years. Also, my aunt's husband works in Indonesia part-time, but they are still together after almost 25 years. Why do Asians almost never cheat, even when the spouse is not at home. Even non-married people can handle long-distance relationships. My sister went to medical school in a different part of the country and she is still together with her boyfriend, soon to be fiance. On the other hand, I am in the Air Force and I hear of people cheating all the time on deployments as little as two weeks. Are non-Asians seriously that desperate and promiscuous?
Marriage & Divorce - 12 Answers
Random Answers, Critics, Comments, Opinions :
1 :
No. Its just that non-asians are more attractive, hence they are able to find someone else to fuk more easily. Sorry, but YOU asked!
2 :
I know some asians that cheat. I think it is the quality of the asian people that you know.
3 :
You're making assumptions based on your experiences. This is not valid data. Not all "non-Asians" are desparate and promiscuous.
4 :
Not sure if you can generalize, although I do believe it has to do with their up bringing, family values, and faith in God.
5 :
I know plenty of Asians that cheat. Old and young, you just haven't met any that has.
6 :
Actually, my husband reported that some Asian-American married men that were present during his last business trip spent an awful lot of their time getting private dances at the boobie bar. Ethnicity has little to do with being faithful. Not fair to generalize.
7 :
It does not matter what your ethnicity is!!! It depends on the type of person you are and what kind of relationship you want to have and how important your marriage is to you...your morals. Did you do a special study on asians around the world and cheating or something? you cannot base your theories on just the people in your family and run with that. Anyway...where are you stationed? lol
8 :
I'm no expert on this one, but I do know this, it's the culture they were brought up with. I'm Asian myself and I've seen it too. You can say Majority but not all.
9 :
Asians, as a race, are more modest than the other races. They are also less promiscuous and less inclined to cause crime. Additionally, Asians are more intelligent: The average IQ of an Asian is about 105, whereas the average IQ for a White person is about a 100 (Blacks: 80; Hispanics: 90). With better racial qualities, it's plausible to say that Asians are less inclined to cheat than the other races. By the way, this isn't racist. I'm a White guy, and I don't have a problem admitting that Asians have slightly better racial qualities as a group (but not individually).
10 :
You got it all wrong, because I know several Asians who cheat all day long. Not just the men because some Asian women use it like candy to get what they want, when they want it. Yes I know your parents are together, but if you father or mother ever cheated would they tell you NO. The only way you would know is if the split up or talked about it in front of you. Not every couple splits up after one cheats. Open you eyes sex has no race, and yes some couples stay together even when one cheats.
11 :
bulllll sh*ttttttt
12 :
Thats just being ignorant. I've been in a long distance relationship for 4 years now, my bf is Germany living in Germany and i'm Mexican-American living in California and we have never cheated on one another. It has nothing to do with ethnic background its a matter of having morals and value to live by. There are couples who appear to be solid on the outside and in real life they have a lot of problems so unless you are nosy and actually involved in the relationships of others you can't say whats going on. Just because no one in my family has ever gotten a divorce doesn't mean that hispanic americans are less likely to be divorced than other ethnicity.

The currency used is the Rand. And yeah, I assume it would be safe for you to do your masters degree at the universities in JB, I heard they're pretty good. JB is also the best place to make the big bucks! I don't know about cheap tickets, if you are a student you should find a travel agency aimed at students in your city, as the ticket rates are lower... Good luck!
2 :
The currency in the whole of South Africa is the Rand. Yeah don't worry its quite safe for you to study and there are some good universities in the area such as: WITS (http://web.wits.ac.za/) UJ (http://www.uj.ac.za/) Vega (http://www.vegaschool.com/) Tuks but its in Pretoria, about 45 min away from Johannesburg (http://www.up.ac.za/) The prices im not sure how to explain but normally the do the McDonalds conversion... so its about R25 for a meal, so you can convert it yourself? Flights should be cheap since im assuming you a student. Looking for a Job in Jakarta Indonesia

Looking for a Job in Jakarta Indonesia?
My girlfriend is currently working in Jakarta and I'm planning to follow her there. I don't want to be a burden to her so I'm planning to look for a job. Is it hard to look for a job in Jakarta? Is there a low cost housing/apartment where I can rent at Jakarta utara?

I was born in Jakarta and I lived there for six years. My parents worked at this bank, that was quite enough for our living and it's also because they have attended the university. But do you also realise that Jakarta is going to explode!? I mean, it's really overfull, overcrowed, so I suppose it can be extremely hard to find some work there. And if you got a job, it will not be enough as usual. I don't know about everything including the appartment, but good luck.
2 :
It depends on your qualification and where you come from. Expatriates are only hired if they're very qualified. Most of the entry-level jobs are usually for the locals, cause companies can't afford expatriates' salaries for entry level jobs. Unemployment rate is still at 10% in Indonesia, so it's going to be slim pickins for you. As for low cost housing and apartment, there are plenty in the Northern part of Jakarta. (the more expensive ones are in central and south Jakarta anyway). Try renting a room in a house, that can go as low as Rp 300,000 per month (30 bucks), but you can just imagine the quality of that sort of accomodation. Many job and housing listing in the local papers everyday btw.

Are you indonesian, if not you can ask your girlfriend come to your country and find a new job.

Question about getting Singapore PR

Question about getting Singapore PR
I'm an Indonesian, and still working in Indonesia. I'm planning to look for a job in Singapore. I have read that I can apply for an LPR before I can find a job, but it's rather expensive. I was wondering if there is any other way I can have a Singapore PR without having to apply for an LPR first? Would it be possible if I apply for a job from here and if I get the job would the company help me with the PR? And how much would that cost? Can anyone help me? Thanks a lot.

Not sure what is an LPR, but youdon't have to be a PR to find a job in Singapore. if a company in singapore hires you, they will help you to obtain an employment pass or a work permit.
2 :
You do not need to apply for Landed Permanent Residency to apply for a Singapore job. You can apply from Indonesia via Singapore online job portals such as www.singaporejobsonline.com or www.jobstreet.com.sg. or by searching for Singapore employment agencies and getting their services for a fee. If you apply from Indonesia and you get hired, the Singaporean company that hires you will process an Employment Pass (EP) for you so that you can go to Singapore and start working. You can apply for PR after a minimum of 6 months of working in Singapore. The other popular option is to apply for Employment Pass Eligibility Certificate first. It's excellent. You need to hook with the right company, depending on your educational background, and your work experience, and the trade that you specialize in. There are opportunities in sales, marketing, advertising, and even administration. People are always looking for work and most of the time finding it. You may have to struggle initially to get a job because being away from the place take away this edge. However it is very possible. Average wages are around Dh. 12,000 a month, which equates to around US$ 3500.00 a month. Some companies even offer an allowance for housing. Each company has to provide one month's paid leave, with tickets for going home during vacation. If you bring your family with you, then even they are entitled to the same. There is a decent Government sponsored health insurance programs, as well as private. It's your choice. The best part about working over here is that you don't have to pay any income taxes. Good luck.

Who built the Borobudur Stupa, in Java, Indonesia

Who built the Borobudur Stupa, in Java, Indonesia?
The giant art work for worshiping Buddha that was built in 800 A.D. Does anyone know the people who built it?

Construction on Borobudur began around 800 C.E. Unfortunately, there are no written documents from that period that describe who constructed the monument, nor the reasons why it was built. However, inscriptions carved above the reliefs on the ‘hidden foot’ of the monument have graphical features similar to those in the script commonly used in royal charters between the last quarter of the eighth century and the first decades of the ninth. The 750-850 period was the "Golden Age" of the Sailendra dynasty that produced a great number of the Hindu and Buddhist monuments of Central Java. For more information, check out this UNESCO document: http://unesdoc.unesco.org/images/0002/000200/020097e.pdf

it was build in Syailendra dinasty by one of the king of Old Mataram (one of biggest buddha kingdom) by King Samaratungga. this temple has 1460 relief and 504 stupa. this temple has 4 stage.... 1. KAMADATHU --> ground stage symbolizing the human bonder by passion 2. RUPADHATU --> 4th floor higher, symbolizing the human can liberate themself by passion but still bonder by shape 3. ARUPHADATU --> 3rd floor higher, the place that Buddha in the Stupa. Symbolizing the human was independence by passion and shape. The local people believe if you can touch the Buddha by entering your hand in the hole of stupa, you will gift long aged... 4. ARUPA --> the top stage, simbolizing nirvana, the rest place of Buddha... every stage have relief that can be read by walking around from the left of entering door... The relief storied us about Ramayana legend, the life of community in that time, etc. fun fact about this temple, in that time, there is no cement, so we don't know how the people in that time can build tha temple without cement, some researcher say that they use egg white and swallow saliva for replace cement...

Which university offers the best electrical engineering undergraduate study in Indonesia

Which university offers the best electrical engineering undergraduate study in Indonesia?
I work at an oil company operating in Venezuela. A fellow at work who is a Sri-Lankan wants to send her son to Indonesia. Her son wanted to study electrical engineering, I'm an electrical engineer graduated from a reputable university in Italy. She doesn't have that much to send her son to Singapore nor Australia (the living cost & tuition fee are unaffordable for her - she's just a crane instructor). The Indian Institute of Technology has limited the allocation of international students. So she planned to send him to Indonesia or Thailand. Their choices were the engineering faculties in university of Indonesia or bandung technological university. I haven't even heard one of them. But, I once read an interesting electrical engineering research (www.ieee.org) journal about lightning strikes written by a professor in bandung tech. But when I surf through the internet the bandung tech univ seems to be never exists. I'm just curious.

The best university of any technical major in Indonesia is by no doubt ITB, the Institut Teknologi Bandung. Yup, Bandung technological university. It was even accredited as one of the best university in Indonesia. The competition to enter this university is a bit hard, even for Indonesian, so good luck on that. The other option might be in the neighboring country, Singapore, NTU, Nanyang technological University, It was in the top 200 best university in the world, so this is my recomendation. The living cost should not be that high, but if your friend cannot afford it, then ITB is the best option. if you cannot find it through the net, it might be because you searched it in english, try to google ITB bandung, it's there. here's the link : http://www.itb.ac.id/ the thing is, I'm not sure if the subjects are taught in english, try to confirm about that. However, the UI (university of Indonesia) has international program. http://www.ui.ac.id/
2 :
ITB would be the wisest choice. For alternative, you can try private uni such as Satya Wacana Christian University in a cool mountain town of Salatiga in Central Java. Its Electrical Engineering faculty was one of the best in the country my time (up to early 90s). I'm not so sure how it is nowadays though....
3 :
Indonesia and Thailand are good choices for a limited budget, but as someone previously said, if the son is going to ITB, he should learn Bahasa Indonesia first. ITB's EE department doesn't have an international program yet. Before the son go travel and had to learn new language, why not consider scholarship as an option? I am a scholarship student and my late father was stunned when he was informed that he only have to pay my living arrangement and allowance. ;-)
4 :
yup.. ITB is the best here, and think they do have International class now... or your friend's son could learn Bahasa for 6 months prior the study, Bahasa is an easy language to learn. most of my expat friends able to understand Bahasa in 6 months and they didn't take bahasa lessons...
5 :
ITB : Institut Teknologi Bandung Located in Bandung, Java Pero, por estudiar en la Universidad, Australia es mas bien que Indonesia.
6 :
you can go Singapore Nayang Technological University
7 :
Agree, ITB (Institut Teknologi Bandung) is the best one in it. It is located at Bandung, the capital city of West Java.
8 :
Satya Wacana university in Salatiga - Central Java Province.
9 :
Of course, Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) is the best. Check its website www.itb.ac.id

Explain to me how the Train’s brake work

Pople in Indonesia are dumbass so i will ask this to you, American, ( don’t answer like thoose idiots that say “Train aren't different than car" and there came 2nd idiot that copy-paste the answer from the 1st idiot

1 :
I believe train brakes are controlled by air pressure, like a large road vehicle such as a lorry or bus. High air pressure is maintained between the wheels and the brakes, which holds the brake pads off the wheels, and when the driver brakes, the air is released, allowing the brake pads to apply. Lots of train systems are often connected to the brakes, such as safety systems, door locking systems etc. If a key system fails, for example a door unlocks, then the train will automatically bleed all air out of the brakes, which will stop the train as a safety measure.
2 :
There are 2 types of train brake: the air brake and the vacuum brake. Both kinds are 'fail safe', that is, they rely on maintaining the air pressure or vacuum to keep the brake off, and if the air supply is interrupted or the vacuum destroyed for any reason, the brakes will activate. The main control for either type of brake is on the driver's console in the cab and usually consists of a lever which when moved in one direction will close the release valve allowing the air or vacuum pump to build the pressure or create the vacuum to take the brakes off, and when moved the other way will release the air or destroy the vacuum, thus bringing on the brakes. Each car in the train is connected by a hose to the next and to the engine. If the train has a guard (conductor) they will also have a brake control. Passenger cars have a lever which can be operated in an emergency. When pulled the lever partially applies the brakes and sounds a warning to the driver. The brake mechanism consists of cylinders, the pistons of which are connected to rods and cranks which in turn are connected to the brakes. Older vehicles have brakes which act on the wheel tread while newer ones have disc brakes or inertia brakes. On a typical British vacuum brake the cylinder is vertical and when the vacuum is created, air pressure from below pushes a piston to the top of the cylinder and the brakes are off. Destroy the vacuum and the piston sinks and the brakes are applied. Each locomotive and car also has a hand brake which is used to immobilise the vehicle when stationary. In the UK and some other countries both types of brakes are in use and locomotives are therefore often fitted with both systems so they can work with either type of train. Light rail vehicles also use a type of brake known as the rheostatic brake. This is where the polarity of the electric motors is reversed so that they become generators instead. The load on the generators slows the car down. The power thus produced is then used partly to activate electromagnetic brakes and partly fed back into the current supply system so it can be used by other vehicles. There is a steep hill in London where trams (street cars) used to run. One would start at the top of the hill on one track and another would start from the bottom on the adjacent track. The descending vehicle had its rheostatic brakes on and the ascending one would use the current produced to help it climb the hill.
3 :
Train brakes tend to be fail safe. They actually work in the opposite way to a car. In a train a cylinder attached to the pressure line pushes the brake off. To apply the brakes you release the pressure and a spring applies the brakes. This means that if the brake systems fail or the high pressure line is broken then the brakes jam hard on. This is very important in event of an accident where the train gets divided. Air brakes in lorries and hydraulics in cars work the other way. The brake is naturally off and you use pressure to apply the brakes. If the line is cut then you have no brakes. Historically trains in Britain used vacuum brakes. These work the same way except that you pump the air out of the brake pipe. The vacuum holds the brake off and you bleed air into the pipe to apply the brakes. The detailed design is quite complicated. In order to make the brakes act quickly they put valves on every coach. When the driver applies the brakes all the valves open to reduce the pressure. A second pressure pipe is used to quickly restore the pressure when the driver takes the brakes off. Some modern trains supplement the mechanical brakes by driving electric generators from the wheel. The electricity is either wasted as heat in resistors in the roof or a clever systems puts it back into the overhead electric wires.
4 :
its mostly the engine brakes but there are also hydraulic brakes like in a car.
5 :
Those people in Indonesia arent so dumb as you think, just because they dont know how a train brake works, lighten up. Freight train air brakes work off air pressure, there is a line connecting all the cars, pressurizing the system. When pressure is reduced in they system it allows air from a tank to move into a cylinder, which pushes a piston actuating the brakes. It is not vacuum although it operates similarly because it is a reduction in air pressure that causes the brakes to apply. It is not fail-safe although it is incredibly reliable it can and does fail.
6 :
In the USA a freight train's brakes work as follows.A brake pipe run the length of the the train. It holds 90 pounds of air(for a freight train, passenger trains run higher brake pipe pressure). Each car has an air tank pressurized to the same pressure as the brake pipe. When an engineer sets the brakes air is removed from the brake pipe. This causes a control valve on the cars to open and let air out of the tank on the car. That air flows to a piston causing the brake shoes to apply on each car. When the brake pipe pressure and the tank pressure equalize the control valve closes. The more air removed from the brake pipe the harder the brakes apply.Once the brakes are set you can't ease off the brakes on a freight train. If you set too much air you have to release the brakes and start over.Passenger trains have what's called graduated release that allows the engineer to ease off the amount of braking force applied to the trains wheels. When the brakes are released the brake pipe pressure rises causing the control valve on the car to release the air pressure in the piston. The control valve also lets air start flowing back to the tank on the car to recharge the tank. The more air you set the longer it takes to recharge the system.Til it's recharged your brakes aren't as effective as they were when you first set the brakes.Of course there's more to it than that but that's basically how they work.
7 :
AIR--THE TWO BLACK HOSE YOU CONNECTED BETWEEN TWO CARS IS A AIR LINE-- EACH CAR HAS A AIR RESIVOIR--WHEN ENGENIER SETS THE BRAKE IN THE ENGINE--AIR RUSHES THROU.GH ALL AIR LINES TO SET BRAKES ON EACH CAR--IF A TRAIN IS A MILE LONG --IT WILL TAKE A MILE OR MORE TO STOP TRAIN---PLEASE DO NOT CROSS A CROSSING WHEN THE GATES ARE DOWN--YOUR CAR CAN GET CAUGHT ON THE TRACKS AND STALL.. IF THE TRAIN HAS LOADS ON EACH CAR IT CAN TAKE MUCH LONGER TO STOP TRAIN.
8 :
There are several types of braking systems used on trains. Disk Brakes as one example. If you own a bike, you already know what it is. A pad that, when applied to the weels, slows down the train. Air Brakes, Similar to disk brakes. The difference is that compressed air is what pushes the pads onto the wheels slowing down the train. Regenerative Braking, uses energy to brake and at the same time, saving that same energy for further use or sending it back into the electrical grid. But at around 5mph, friction brakes take over to bring the train to a halt.

How did Obama get his picture in his Junior High yearbook and win a state basketball championship

How did Obama get his picture in his Junior High yearbook and win a state basketball championship?
If he lived in Kenya until he went to college righties? How did he get his name posted in two separate newspapers and get a certificate of live birth? How did he get Elementary pictures in his grade school books? How did he get his college degrees if he has no grades? How did he become the leader of the Harvard Law review if he was not there? Did his mother birth him in Kenya, fly him back QUICKLY and file all that stuff in between raising him in Kenya when she was actually in Indonesia working for the U.N. for a couple of years? I am just wondering how this all happened? Please explain.

Then you've solved the mystery. Please provide the facts now.
2 :
He lived in Indonesia for a few years when he was a kid. His father was born in Kenya. Edit for the smart guy: Actually it's not a sure thing he was born here in America. I said what I did above because the questioner doesn't have the facts straight. Gov Abercrombie said he could find no evidence of Obama's birth in Hawaii records after he first said he was going to prove the birthers are fools. Obama hasn't shown his birth certificate, his school records, or his passport records. NORMALLY if you don't divulge this information the media will pretty much end your candidacy but for some reason Obozo got a pass on all that. There are states working on passing legislation that will require presidential candidates to prove they're natural born citizens in order to get on the ballot. The truth is going to come out. :)

This is for Union buster,,, Many Americans lived in other countries as children look at many Army Brats, what is your point he was born here, he graduated from harvard and was elected President which mind everyone has strict rules and all candidates will have extensive back round checks done by the Secret Service to which he passed otherwise he would not have been sworn in....
10 :
It's pretty sad that right wing propaganda has some cons believing that the president managed to slip through a question even a Mcdonalds would ask on an application: Are you an American citizen Yes No? Yet Somehow the highest office in the country would let that slip past? WTF? It's even sadder people BELIEVE it.
11 :
Everyone attending Harvard is a us citizen, fact. I'm not a birther, its just that your argument is so stupid I couldn't let it go.
12 :
Because he didn't live in Kenya long. He did live in Indonesia for a while though.
13 :
i'm going to make this short.have you seen him throw a ball.he looks like some one that had a sex change.and now for the one millionth time.a certificate of birth IS NOT a birth certificate.get real.you like the guy.good for you.but that don't make the facts change.
14 :
I don't think anyone is claiming he lived in Kenya for a significant part of his life when Obama himself says he lived in Indonesia after being adopted. I think you are missing the point while also making some big assumptions. For instance, no one disputes he received degrees in colleges in America. But he refuses to show anyone his transcripts. We have heard the boasting about his Editorship in the Harvard Law Review but are not being permitted to read any articles he may have written. We know he had multiple citizenships as a child (his mom, an American bestowed American citizenship; his father, a Kenyan bestowed Kenyan citizenship and his adoptive father bestowed Indonesian citizenship). To be eligible for the Presidency Obama would have had to renounce all other citizenships within 90 days of turning 18. Did he do so? It would have involved reporting to his local State Department office or US Consulate office and swearing an oath renouncing them and claim only American citizenship. There would be a permanent record of the event but we are not allowed access to that information either. Can a man with multiple citizenships serve as President? *
15 :
Personally I much prefer to sit back and watch the whackos rather then try to reason with them. They will never get it and never admit it so I suggest you grab a beer and sit back to watch the show.
16 :
You're the first I've heard say he was raised in Kenya. What we do know is that he refuses to show his full birth certificate. Facts: The notice of his birth appeared in the paper on August 13th, nine days after he was born. The address in the notice was incorrect. His mother was with him in Seattle in mid-August, 1961 and she took classes the fall semester at the Univ. of Washington. His mother divorce Barack's father and moved to Indonesia for four years, and then dropped him off with his grandparents in Hawaii. He has numerous social security numbers. The one he uses most shows he applied for it in 1979 in Connecticut, years before he was enrolled at Harvard. Meanwhile, his eligibility is not contingent on where he was born. His father was not a US citizen, and his mother was not old enough at his birth to confer natural born citizenship on him. Even if he was born in Hawaii, he cannot be a natural born citizen, therefore he is undoubtedly ineligible to be President.
17 :
I guess i will have to agree with Chris Matthews. "I am not a birther. I am an enemy of the birthers," "Why doesn't the president just say, 'Send me a copy right now?' Why doesn't Gibbs and Axelrod say, 'Let's just get this crappy story dead?' Why not do it? ... If it exists, why not put it out?"
18 :
It was time travel! Obama saw he was about to run for president and traveled back in time and fixed all this stuff. Isn't he amazing?! And don't forget that some creepy billionaires paid for his college because they already knew he would get elected president about 30 years later. Now they were smart too! And Obama didn't have to get scholarships or student loans like all the other students. He just had his "future president money" at age 18l

What do you think Obama BORN IN THE USA?Oops! Obama mama passport 'destroyed' Obama goes by another name

What do you think Obama BORN IN THE USA?Oops! Obama mama passport 'destroyed' Obama goes by another name?
Responding to a Freedom of Information Act request, the State Department has released passport records of Stanley Ann Dunham, President Obama's mother – but records for the years surrounding Obama's 1961 birth are missing. The State Department claims a 1980s General Services Administration directive resulted in the destruction of many passport applications and other "non-vital" passport records, including Dunham's 1965 passport application and any other passports she may have applied for or held prior to 1965. Destroyed, then, would also be any records shedding light on whether Dunham did or did not travel out of the country around the time of Barack Obama's birth. The claim made in the FOIA response letter that many passport records were destroyed during the 1980s comes despite a statement on the State Department website that Passport Services maintains U.S. passport records for passports issued from 1925 to the present. The records released, however, contain interesting tidbits of new information about Obama's mother, including the odd listing of two different dates and locations for her marriage to Obama's Indonesian stepfather, Lolo Soetoro. In the released documents Dunham listed both March 15, 1965, in Molokai, Hawaii, and March 5, 1964, in Maui, Hawaii, as the dates and places of her marriage. Dunham later divorced Lolo Soetoro in Hawaii. The divorce decree took effect Nov. 5, 1980, but the divorce papers do not list the date of the marriage. No marriage certificate between Dunham and Soetoro has yet publicly surfaced, but a released application to amend Dunham's 1965 passport to her married name Stanley Ann Soetoro includes a checked box indicating a passport officer had seen the marriage certificate. The released records also document that on Aug. 13, 1968, Dunham applied to have her 1965-issued passport renewed for two years, until July 18, 1970. Under 22 USC Sec. 217a, from 1959 through 1968, passports were initially issued for three years, but they could be renewed for an additional two years. Obama, by any other name Also revealed by the released records is a heretofore unknown, alternative name for Barack Obama. In the 1968 application to renew her 1965 passport, Dunham listed as her son Barack Hussein Obama, including in parenthesis below the name, "Saebarkah," in what appears to be a variation of an Indonesian surname not previously associated in the public record with the president. For some unexplained reason, the designation of "Barack Hussein Obama (Saebarkah)" is crossed off the 1968 application by five handwritten, diagonal hash marks. S. Ann Dunham in Indonesia Dunham also appears to have used two different variations of her name in obtaining and amending passports while married to Lolo Soetoro: Stanley Ann Dunham Soetoro and, without her maiden name, Stanley Ann Soetoro. On April 27, 1981, Dunham applied from Jakarta, Indonesia, for a U.S. passport, indicating that she was in Indonesia working on a two-year contract from the Ford Foundation, from January 1981 through December 1982. http://www.wnd.com/?pageId=186677

Well, her 65 passport was probably her first one, when she was thinking of going for field study out of the country. She married (supposedly) Soetoro and went to Indonesia when Barack Jr. was going into the second grade.
2 :
Give it up. Not a single reasonable person supports this idea. Even if he were born in Kenya he qualifies as a natural born citizen because his mother is a citizen. Same as John McCain, who was born in Panama.

7 :
This is all a moot subject. I'm satisfied he was born in Kenya, I am satisfied he went to school on an island where only island citizens are schooled and there is NO dual citizenship. I'm satisfied his grandmother knew where he was born. So what!!! Bill Klinton lied under oath to a Federal Grand Jury and the libs circled the wagons and NOTHING happened. Today Lindsey Lohan walked after two weeks on 90 day sentence. She was in for a crime where the sentence should have been years instead of months. And, it would have been for me or you. There are two sets of rules, one for Libs and celebrities and one for the working folks. The bottom line is we have this loser or Biden, probably worse. We are screwed, period, our only hope is a veto proof congress and the replacement of this whole administration ASAP. That means conservatives in office, not Libs or RINOs, not Republicans or Democrats; real, no kidding Conservatives. People who can read the Fvcking Constitution and abide by it.
8 :
Obama is an illegal president. It does not matter where he was born, he cannot be a natural born citizen because his father was an alien. The Framers read and understood Vattel's Law of Nations....it states the citizenship of the son is that of the father. It was important a President have no foreign attachments. Obama being President is the biggest fraud in the history of this country's foundation. A natural born citizen is born to two citizen parents not one.

No, it is the work of physical stucture, temperature of the earth, shifting plates in the earth surface. These things can happen just as an ice cube cracks in a glass of water. It is how you perceive and see it, that is where God comes in. You can see it as a time to be grateful for your life, or a time to be sad that people are killed, or a time to ask how life is so precious to you. God lives in your mind, and wherever you look, God is there. The natural acts are part of us, just the same as developing hair on your body , and leaves falling from a tree. It is only how we deal with these things that have to do with god. People ask. "how can god be so cruel?" It is not God being cruel, if we see it as a terrible thing- 2000 people dying, then that is very sad. But it is not cruel, it is just nature. The pplanet needs to grow too, just like we do. Do you think the parasites that live on our skin ask how you can beb so crule when you scratch yourself? God can be friendly, or unkind, and we lose everything when we see him as unkind.
2 :
No, its plainly Geological. Indonesia is located in the Pacific Ring of Fire, which is hazardous to earthquake and volcanic eruption. Explain what you mean by 'doing weird thing over there' and how's that relevant to the disasters that constantly occurring in our country? I myself is a man who believes in religion, but the sequence of disasters that recently happened in our country is Geological and can not be merely justified as a work of God. Any pure religious views to such phenomenon lacks reasoning and are nothing more than superstition.
3 :
It is a cause and effect thing.....if it is the work of God, then he instruct nature to be the cause, resulting in the effect (accident)......
4 :
natural disasters (such as earthquakes, storms, tsunamis etc) are somewhat ironically called 'acts of God' by insurance companies, but the truth is that those things happen naturally whether humans are living there or not
5 :

Who has had to work harder to get to where they are? Clinton or Obama

Who has had to work harder to get to where they are? Clinton or Obama?
Quick resume: Clinton: Spouse of a current president, born in Chicago, Illinois, white, she's a woman, but probably her last name helps a bit. Graduated from Yale School of Law. Obama: Son of caucasian woman in Kansas, black man from Kenya, born in Hawaii, raised in Indonesia. None of his parents were wealthy. Graduated from Harvard School of Law ***Former president*** Hillary is a Native of Chicago, Illinois... I heard someone said Obama was.

4 :
yes but who has actually done more work?
5 :
neither of them have had to do anything,,,they are priviledged minorities who get handed opportunity on a platter
6 :
Obama,Hillary don't even wash dishes
7 :
Well Obama did . Hillery had Monica doing her dirty work for her

OBAMA, racism is something black people experience since they are born. Hillary advantage is due to her husband's fame.

Affermative action for school, elected to state senate while being sponsered by crooks, same for Fed Senate, then 6 months later start running for Pres Hilary , 35 years of Govt service

McCain as a prisoner of war.
12 :
This article by a reporter who knew Obama before he became a celebrity accounts the road that led him the the presidential bid. Its a very telling story which to me says that Obama has made it thus far with no credentials. Basically while he was a state representative a powerful ally of his the senate majority leader put his name as sponser on important bills even when they had been advocated for years by other senate members to boost up Obama's credentials. You call Clinton ambitious! Its sickening to read how this unknown kid from Harvard was groomed to be the next presidential nominee with no experience and no accomplishments.
13 :
I think anyone in politics had to work hard to get to where they are today. And Hillary and Barack are no different. It's been a hard climb so far for both of them.........Nothing in politics is handed to you....you need "The People" to vote for you and put you there. Campaigning is vigorous....It is a daily grind.........
14 :
OBAMA
15 :
You could make a case for either of them since your resume listings are slanted. The point, though, is not who had to work hardest to get there , but who would make the better President? I am going with the Senator who has passed legislation - Clinton.
16 :
Obama of course. Hand down. He's has to prove himself worthy of the nomination, while she has to disprove her previous ties and mess ups.
17 :
Hillary has always been the harder worker. Getting into Harvard was not so hard on affirmative action. Had he been white, he would not have gotten in. Obama has been handed everything on a silver platter because of his color & charm plus some clever maneuvering, even his senate seat. He is not Knowledgeable or a hard worker. If elected, he will be a token figurehead president.
18 :
Obama- I bet one year ago you didn't even know who he was. Clinton is well known because her husband was president.
19 :
It's not hard to find out about Obama's past. Here are a few tidbits: After high school, Obama moved to Los Angeles, where he studied at Occidental College for two years. He then transferred to Columbia University in New York City, where he majored in political science with a specialization in international relations. Obama received his B.A. degree in 1983, then worked at Business International Corporation and NYPIRG before moving to Chicago to take a job as a community organizer. As Director of the Developing Communities Project, he worked with low-income residents in Chicago's Roseland community and the Altgeld Gardens public housing development. He entered Harvard Law School in 1988. In 1990, The New York Times reported his election as the Harvard Law Review's "first black president in its 104-year history". He completed his J.D. degree magna cum laude in 1991. On returning to Chicago, Obama directed a voter registration drive. As an associate attorney with Miner, Barnhill & Galland from 1993 to 1996, he represented community organizers, discrimination claims, and voting rights cases. He was a lecturer of constitutional law at the University of Chicago Law School from 1993 until his election to the U.S. Senate in 2004. As for his record in the Illinois legislature: In 1996, Obama was elected to the Illinois State Senate to serve the state's 13th District in the south-side Chicago neighborhood of Hyde Park. He was reelected to the Illinois Senate in 1998 and 2002, officially resigning in November 2004 following his election to the U.S. Senate. As a state legislator, Obama gained bipartisan support for legislation reforming ethics and health care laws. He sponsored a law enhancing tax credits for low-income workers, negotiated welfare reform, and promoted increased subsidies for child care. Obama also led the passage of legislation mandating videotaping of homicide interrogations, and a law to monitor racial profiling by requiring police to record the race of drivers they stopped. During his 2004 general election campaign for U.S. Senate, he won the endorsement of the Illinois Fraternal Order of Police, whose president credited Obama for his active engagement with police organizations in enacting death penalty reforms. There's some more info about his record in the Illinois Senate here:

( to name a few of the crooks they have been in bed with.) Its no wonder Obama has the smartest most wealthy people voting for him and Hillary..well..doesn't. If you have never been a black man in this country then you have no clue what it takes to get to where Obama has gotten to. The fact that you chose to minimize his accomplishments by crediting affirmative actions just proves that you are a whiner that blames everybody else for your own short comings. Before Barack became a big name, like when he was being raised by a single white teen mother, after his father was killed, would you have wanted to trade places with him? What did affirmative action have to do with him being elected the first African American elected as president of the Harvard Law review? Give me a break, Clinton supporters support her because they have not had to work for anything themselves...including researching their own candidate. You cronies area all conformist followers who do what you are told without argument. In a nut shell.... OBAMA 08!!!

Indonesia wants to keep their children in the country. I kind of understand that. As an American, if 100,000s of families were constantly adopting American children and removing them from the country, I would get upset too. It's about maintaining heritage.

amount of time

amount of time?
A team of five laborers in Indonesia working in a garment factory divides the task of making men's dress shirts for export to the United States. Each laborer works 10 hours a day, six days a week, and is paid the Indonesian minimum wage of $2.50 per day. In one week, the team can make 500 shirts. The shirts sell for $40 each in the United States. a. What are the labor costs for each shirt? b. How much would it cost to pay five workers working at the U.S. federal minimum wage to do the same job in the same amount of time?

Check the wording. It 5 men are divided, how many make shirts? and how many "others"? What is US federal wage? Knowing this its addition multiplication of reals. Its arithmatic only. You are possibly confused with these 2 questions.
2 :
10 x 6 x 2.50 is the total labor cost divide 500 by this number for cost per shirt. I do not know the min wage in the US but do the math the same way.
3 :
a. Labor cost for each shirt: = ($2.50/day * 6 days * 5 laborers)/500 shirts = $75.00 per week/500 shirts = $0.15/shirt Answer: labor cost per shirt is $0.15 or 15 cents. b. Labor cost in the U.S. (assume rate per day is r): = r(6 * 5) = 30r Answer: 30r. I applied this formula because I am not aware of the U.S. federal minimum wage. To apply the formula, assume that rate per hour of work is $10.00: = 30($10.00) = $300.00

Indonesia is lacking qualifed teachers to teach students. Teachers'salaries are very low and these are very often de-motivated new generation to be teachers. In some remote areas, usually only limited schools and teachers available. The problem is the infrastructure of road that connected to cities or villages are not well developed. Despite of that, there were not many libraries built in remote area to supports schooling.

This sounds like a homework question! (Is it?) Here's a couple of tips but I won't give you the answer here! Go to http://web.worldbank.org and click on "about us" then on "organization" to find the president of the World Bank. Click on his name and look carefully at the resulting page to find his biography. To find out about criticisms of him, just put his name into Google and start reading the resulting hits!! There's LOTS there! Do the same with your other question: "World Bank" and Indonesia ... (putting "World Bank" into quote marks makes the search engine find the exact phrase). The first few Google hits are FROM the World Bank's own site, so skip them if you are seeking criticism. You'll find plenty! If this is for homework, be sure to note WHO wrote the criticism so you can discuss the bias the authors might have.

House maids Indonesian labour law

House maids Indonesian labour law?
Does someone has any information or may be can guide me from where I can get detail about the Indonesian labour laws for house maid who work in UAE. Currently I am working in Indonesia and my Indonesian house maid is working with us. I want to recruit/hire her to UAE (sharjah). 1- Is there any minimum salary/wages set/defined for the maids who wants to work in UAE/Sharjah . 2- Any medical, annual leaves or any other benefit which is decided by Indonesian govt. 3-Any other formalities/procedure which need to be carried out before recruiting any house maid. Appreciate if some one can guide me. thanks

It's UAE law which will govern the wages, terms and conditions for employment of a foreign worker. The employer of a foreign worker is typically responsible for 100% of any necessary medical care while the worker is in the foreign country. If you are being transferred to Sharjah, check with your employer about whether you can obtain visas for a housemaid. Your employment contract may prohibit you from hiring foreign workers and bringing them to the country where you are being assigned. Your company does not want to be held liable for your housemaid! Since you are not a company and not a citizen of the UAE, you may have difficulty obtaining a visa for household employee. Also, middle eastern recruiters have a bad rep in Indonesia. Many housemaids brought from Indon or Phil. to the ME have been abused, and both Indon & Phil have restrictions on maids going to a number of countries. I don't know if UAE is currently on their "list" or not. If you do succeed in getting your maid a visa to UAE, remember you are liable for the Indonesian exit tax. Not sure if it is still Rp. 150,000.

How is the situation of Malaysia if all Indon maids run back to Indonesia

How is the situation of Malaysia if all Indon maids run back to Indonesia?
I understand they receive the least salary working in Malaysia compare to the other countries. I understand we Malaysian can't afford also to pay them high salary as the other country citizens. I am talking about Indon maids, female, you know. not the Indon guys lah. Would it be disastrous to Malaysian women? Or they can kick Malaysian husbands to kitchen?

Either get maids from Myanmar or Sri Lanka, whose salaries are affordable or every employer gets properly briefed before getting them. Employers should be educated or literate too, besides being reasonable. A better system should be thought out by the government and not left to the employment agencies who are out there just to make fast bucks. Just a thought.
2 :
the boss will have no cheap labour
3 :
don't worry, i am ready to be your maid
4 :
sure that is correct, we malaysian are not that rich
5 :
malaysia become clean, no jenayah no robbery, thanks to indons clearance in malaysia
6 :
You mention salary, I do not think that is the issue because maids from other countries like from the Philippines working in Hong Kong or Taiwan also face same issue like we have in Malaysia. I can say should Indon maids run back to Indonesia, we can try hiring from Timor Leste. I do not think it would be disastrous because Malaysian women will have one less problem to worry when they are not at home leaving their spouse all by himself.

It is not easy for an unskilled worker, but many people manage to do so. You should contact immigration.govt.nz and see if there are any work areas NZ needs. If not you may still be able to get it if you have a talent in arts/culture/sport. Otherwise you might be able to get a temporary workers permit but you need to contact them and discuss it with them.

Why don't you do a combined degree? I know someone doing a combined degree psychology/law coz she doesn't want to have to choose between the two. You can always choose to work in a one of the two fields once you have graduated. There are not many universities that offer comb degrees but such degrees are very useful. E.g Combined Psychology /Law is offered at Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia and at University of Kent in UK..Check it out...

Well we know that in Indonesia psychologist are very less (I'm also from Indonesia). But it doesn't mean that it provides you a good prospect for work. If you're orientation is to be a successful or rich person I don't think it will be easy, unless you'll become a very well known psychologist and work overseas :P but for Indonesia I think better to take medical or business then use your psychology skill to be success in your job, I'm sure that your psychology knowledge will help you a lot to become successful. But you can still give it a try, sometimes luck is unpredictable :D Cheers

Lifestyle design is all about changing the way we live so that we can fulfill our passions and experience life now. We should all be striving for early retirement from lousy jobs. My wife and I have a one year plan to quit our jobs and move to a new country. We are not retiring from work, we still want to continue working on interesting projects and possible doing some longer term volunteering, but we do want to retire from our current career of owning an English school in Japan. Too many people still believe that retirement is for the 65 and older crowd who have worked and saved their whole lives and still have trouble making ends meet. How much money do you really need to retire? What if you could retire now, for as little as $500 per month? Of course, that means cutting back on most luxuries and living a relatively simple life but it does seem possible in lower income countries like The Philippines, Cambodia, Thailand, and Indonesia. If you could live on $500 per month ($6,000 per year) and you made 6% annually from safe investments, you would only need to have $100,000 saved to retire. ($100,000 X 6 % = $6,000 per year) Alternatively, if you could make $500 per month from passive income like rental income from your house, or some internet business, then you could effectively retire now. Ken Baylis on EscapeArtist.com, wrote two comprehensive posts (Retiring on $500 per month Part 1, Part 2) on living costs in several Asian countries. Here is the Breakdown.
2 :
Of three? I'd say it would be hard for them, probably they would be in the below middle class live.
3 :
some indonesian don't even earn USD100 a month per family and some of them live under 1USD a day
4 :
It depends on which part of Indonesia they plan to settle. Of course, cost of living in Indonesian cities may vary from one to another, for instance, living in Jakarta is more expensive than living in Yogyakarta. But in general, as Indonesia is still a developing country, personal income (salary) is comparably lower, but so is the cost of living. So, even though living cost in Jakarta is the highest in Indonesia, it is still significantly lower than London, Tokyo, Moscow or even Singapore. So, $300 income per month is considered as moderate to high class income in Indonesia. In fact, a lot of middle-class Indonesian families live with income lower than that, and they cannot be qualified as 'poor' in Indonesia. ISo, I can say, their plan may be realistic. However, there are still a lot of considerations needed before they decide to migrate to Indonesia. Does the family leader will be able secure his job in his future country? Do they have relatives in Indonesia? In fact, while there are thousands of expatriates live in Indonesia, those of Russian nationality are probably very few (besides the Russian embassy officials of course). And while Indonesians is known to be friendly and warm, daily customs, lifestyles, and norms between Indonesia and Russia may differ greatly in many aspects. Are they ready for all of those?
5 :
If they are going to earn that $300/month in Indonesia, sure they can but don't expect a luxurious life. Other thing to consider is that it is not that easy for foreigner to settle down in Indonesia. Do they speak the local language? do they accustomed to the living there? The bureaucracy is kind of maze and pricey too for expatriate. Even some Indonesian still facing difficulties of dealing with it just to get the legality for their foreign spouses to stay in the country.

I am glad to know that all of the Korean hostages have released safe and sound by the Taliban. It had happened that Christians' heads were chopped off in Indonesia where commural violence took place in Madures in central Kalimmantan and in Sulawesi where Christian churches needed to close for services. It had been confronted for years in between Muslims and Christians in Sulawesi in terms of political movements, religious population growth.and war. No, the South Koreans should stay away from war zones in Islamic nations. They are spineless and weak, and by paying millions of dollars and promising to withdraw their troops, they have weakened the anti-Taliban Alliance and strengthened the Islamofascists in Afghanistan and Iraq. The South Koreans surely went to Afghanistan with the best of intentions. I do not fault them for this. However, the result of their ill-advised misadventure into bin Ladenland will be an increase in attacks on foreigners and kidnappings. It will make the job of preventing the Taliban from retaking control of Afghanistan more difficult. This story must be on the front page of the Pyongyang Post or whatever they read in North Korea, the mortal enemy of South Korea. Kim Jong-Il must be rubbing his hands with glee, seeing how weak and irresolute his enemy is.
