You can't, you have to be a US citizen or have been granted permanent residence status to get a license.

Alaska isn't exactly a booming area-have you ever lived in sub zero degree (fahrenheit, not cellsius) or driven in snow?

Ok, you are gonna laugh at this one - they are MADE in Indonesia, so they darn well better work there too! The Aquos is especially noted as being totally compatable with everything there.
2 :
all tv's should work since they all support PAL and NTSC unless the voltage is different, then you would have to get a transformer.
3 :
Wait, before you buy please check the unit. Indonesia use 220V electric voltage and local broadcast is PAL. I think US use NTSC, so if the TV is not Multy you won't be able to receive any local broadcast in Indonesia. Never heard if Aquos is made in Indonesia.

You have to get permission from the governments of every country you are going to be working in to do the work you want to do -- both at the national and the local levels. You have to sit down with them face-to-face -- this can't be done via email or th ephone. These governments will prefer that you work with local partners, so you need to seek out local NGOs in each country that will partner with your organization directly. Each country will have different paperwork to complete and hoops to jump through, and requirements will also depend on the kind of work you want to do -- for instance, if you want to build schools, the governments will want assurances that you will hire local people for such work. They will also want your nonprofit to be fully and appropriately registered in the USA, with copies of paperwork to prove it. You will also need to set up bank accounts in each country where you want to work.
