What should I do if I want to go to USA for work?
Now I live in Jakarta, Indonesia. I'm a bachelor of accounting, I feel I can't improve my self in Indonesia. So, I think about go to USA, it doesn't matter what kind of job that I would take in there

You can get a job as a CPA, especially early in the year when people are getting ready to do their taxes. You might have to take some exams to be certified, but it's definitely worth it.

You need a work visa for a skilled worker, but you don't care what job you have, so I think you will not be allowed in the USA.

Don't come here! Stay there and work hard to improve your own country! Show some loyalty to your own country and stop trying to mess with the USA. We're sick and tired of foreigners thinking that they're the only ones who need to improve their lives at our expense. We have citizens in the USA who want a better life, too and they are suffering from the same kinds of limitations that you have in Indonesia, only they aren't made as public as the success stories. Stop looking for greener pastures on another property. Take care of your own. Run for office. Get together with other people of like mind. Start a revolution in Indonesia, just don't come here. We have enough!

How can I work at New York?
I'm from Indonesia and right now I'm collecting money to go to NY and reach my dream: be an actress in Hollywood. My answer is, how can I get the right to work in NY? How much does it cost to live there?

If you want to be an actress in Hollywood, I don't see why you'd want to move to New York. They're on entirely opposite sides of the country.It's almost impossible to be any farther from Hollywood than New York, and still live be near the mainland of the United States. Also, can you act? And the cost of living in New York is incredibly high, so as faras how much it costs to live there, the answer is a lot.

what paper work and documents do I need to marry my fiancee?
I live in ohio and I am American Citizen. She is from indonesia with a 1 1/2 year expired visa

Not sure how all that works, but call the Secretary of State in Columbus; Jennifer Brunner's office. Or go on line to see if they give info on their site. I just married a couple & the bride was here on a work visa.

Wow. If she still has a vaid Driver's License, I don't see much of a problem.... If, by not having a Valid Visa, she doesn't have a Valid Employee Authorization Card, therefor, she doesn't have a valid Driver's License (meaning she's not "legal"), then I don't think you'll be able to get legally married here. What I did was google "marriage requirements florida" and "getting married in florida", and they didn't require more than valid ID's.... Really simple. BUT, you'd have to check what are the requirement for YOUR state, cause each state has different ones (some even require blood tests, thank God Fl didn't!) OR... You could Petition for her as a Sponsor, that way she get's a Temporary EA card, so you can marry her, then get started on her new Visa. As the secretary-general for Forum Komunikasi Nusantara (FKN) for North Sumatra area of Indonesia country, I want to deliver an petition to work together with your side in preventing or overcoming the proverty matters in both North Sumatra and Nangroe Aceh Darussalam Provinces in Indonesia where are now still being very serious attention and helps because some of rural villagers or also including some cities' residents are very expecting such assistances in order to they can enjoy the proper life such as the other have-people who have already been freed from the life of the under proverty line. Really, the Indonesia's North Sumatra provincial capital of Medan has already long time been known with its natural resources richment like palm oil plantation, natural rubber plantation and many other, but they have yet to be able to enjoy it. So are the Nangroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD), though they have the gas-and oil reasources, its people are very necessary of many kinds of helps worldwidely.
