After a week of using the vacuum cleaner the retractable cord was not working and the on off button, came off. The vacuum cleaner is also very noisy. Anyone with the same problems?

Thinking Electrolux was a good brand I purchased one a couple years ago. I ended up taking it back and they gave me money back on it. It sucked...or rather didn't. Fortunately our local furniture store is great on customer service.
