I'm an Indonesian, Have a High School Diploma, Can I join as an agent in CIA and working in Indonesia since I speak Indonesian fluently?

After you join the military it will be easier to get into the FBI, NRO or CIA

Military intelligence would work or military special operations such as SEALs, DELTA, MARSOC etc then try for CIA, if your interested in CIA stuff look into ISA (intelligence support Agency) they usually work with DELTA guys doing counter terror ops, dangerous stuff.
