will i still go to the philippines to register the birth of my daughter? i am working here in indonesia.?

I would go to or call the Philippine Embassy in Indonesia and ask them. The Indonesian Embassy as well. I'm sure one or both can answer your question. She may qualify for dual citizenship. Suwerte

i agree to doc_up72 , try to call the philippine embassy there in indonesia. but most probably, you must register the birth of your daugter here in the philippines, same thing as marriage.

no, you don't have to go to the philippines. all you need to do is submit the requirements needed for a report of birth (not sure if it's the same in indonesia... but it's 3 original report of birth forms, original and 3 photocopies of birth certificate, original and 3 copies of parents' marriage certificate and original and 3 copies of filipino parent's passport date page... as well as fees) to the embassy/consulate. i know coz i did one for my daughter. we're in the US but i believe it should be the same process as well for indonesia.
