I have a Toshiba Satellite M200 laptop, my computer is charged normally this morning, later that night i charged it and its not charging at all, the charging light indicator is not on, i tried unplug the batteries and still it wont charged, i don't know whats wrong, if its broken, anyone know what the cause of laptop adapter to not working? im in Indonesia right know, but i lived in the US. maybe because the voltage here or something? please help me

Your charger is bad. It would be nice if you had a voltage meter so you could check it, to be sure.
